What is a Think Apartment?
It is a fully-furnished residential apartment. We can offer our guests apartments for any length of stay – from one day to one year and beyond.
The apartments can be booked on a nightly basis, similar to a hotel. However, unlike a hotel room your apartment is also equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette and a living area. This gives you more freedom and flexibility, allowing you to relax in your own space.
How long can I stay at Think?
We are able to accommodate lengths of stay from one night to one year or more.
How do Think's apartment prices compare to a London hotel?
Our rates are priced per night, per apartment (not per person). You can also avoid all the typical hidden service charges associated with hotels, such as internet use charges, minibar bills and room service cost.
Should you need to accommodate a group or a family, then you can opt for one of our cost-effective two-bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to five guests and stretch your budgets even further – why pay for two rooms in a traditional hotel?
What is included in the rate?
As well as more living space and comfort, all utilities are included in the price, as well as a weekly housekeeping service, towel and linen change, digital television with on-demand and radio, and free wi-fi internet connection. Additionally, each apartment comes equipped with a cooking station, cookware, dishes and utensils.
Are linen and towels included?
Yes. Exactly like a hotel, all of Think Apartments are fully equipped and ready to move into.

Can I pay on arrival?
We take payment at the time of booking, so please provide valid card details.
Do I have to pay by credit card?
Our online booking system via our website accepts commonly used credit and debit cards, as can our reservations team call them on +44 (0) 845 602 9437 to make a booking.
There are no available apartments on the website, is this definitely the case?
We sometimes hold a reserve of apartments for last minute bookings. Our reservations team will be able to tell you if we have any apartments available for the days you require.

How far in advance do I have to book my apartment?
There is a high demand for apartment accommodation, as more and more people are now realising the many benefits of this type of accommodation when compared to a traditional hotel. Therefore, we advise that you book as far in advance as possible, particularly at peak times. Of course, we will deal with last-minute bookings, but we may not be able to offer availability on some occasions.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
We can accommodate you for all lengths of stay, from one night, one month, right through to one year.
Can I extend my stay?
You can request an option to extend your stay, at the time of booking. You will need to inform us of your intention to extend your stay, prior to your scheduled departure date, for example:
- For stays of up to 7 nights, 72 hours notice in writing is required prior to your departure date.
- For stays of more than 7 nights, 7 days notice in writing is required prior to your departure date.
Failure to give notice of your intention to stay may result in your apartment being re-let. If you did not request an option to extend at the time of the booking, but would like to extend, we will do our very best to meet your needs, however, this is subject to apartment availability.
What can I expect in my apartment?
Think Apartments vary in size, from a Studio Apartment containing both the sleeping, living and kitchen areas, with a separate bathroom, through to One, Two and Three Bedroom apartments with separate living areas, sleeping up to six guests.
All apartments have a kitchen, fully equipped appliances including a fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwashers, crockery (including plates, cups, glasses and pans) with a full suite of utensils.
And just as you'd expect in a hotel, all of our apartments have a telephone, digital TV and free Internet access.
Just like a hotel, they are ready to check into. All you need do is arrive with your suitcase.
Is my apartment serviced?
Our experienced in-house team of housekeepers will visit on a weekly basis to refresh your towels and linen. They will also undertake a general, light clean of the apartment, including your bathroom and kitchen. The first visit will be on the seventh day of your stay, and the same day weekly therefore after.
Where are the apartments located and are the apartments in the congestion zone?
Our apartments could not be better located.
Think Earl's Court, situated on Warwick Road is outside the Congestion Zone, however, the zone is very close by.
Can I leave my luggage if I am early?
Yes. You can leave your luggage free of charge at any of our locations in our secure luggage rooms.
How do I check-in?
It's very simple to check-in to your apartment, in fact, it's exactly the same as you would expect at a hotel.
Where you have supplied a valid email address, we will supply email you your check-in and room details.
Check in is available from 3pm, if you would like to check in earlier, please contact one of our reservations staff on +44 (0) 845 602 9437.
How do I check-out?
Check-out time is 10am.
On your departure, simply return your keys to the reception desk, just as you would at a hotel.
We kindly ask that you leave the apartment in a presentable condition, making sure that all the windows are closed and the appliances are switched off.
For rooms with an energy saver, please help us reduce our impact on the environment by removing the card from the slot.
How do I amend my booking?
You can contact us by email, telephone or fax with any amendments you require; for example, you may wish to add nights to your booking, or change the apartment type. We cannot, however, guarantee availability if you require extra nights.
If you wish to reduce the number of nights booked, you may be subject to a cancellation charge, but we will always endeavour to help you.
What is the cancellation policy
If you've booked directly with Think Apartments, under a Flexi Rate, and you need to cancel your booking, we will require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
If you do not cancel your reservation, 48 hours prior to check-in, cancellation charges will apply. Details of these charges and our complete cancellation policy can be found in our full terms and conditions.
If you fail to cancel your reservation and do not arrive at the apartment, no refunds will be issued.
Do we accept Pets?
Guide and Assistance Dogs only.
How do I make a group booking?
If you want to make a booking for a group of people, who require more than 5 apartments, please contact one of our reservations team to discuss your requirements on +44 (0) 845 602 9437 or use our contact us form, as we may be able to offer a discounted rate.
Are three bedroom apartments available?
Are adjoining apartments available?
We don't have adjoining rooms but in most instances we can place groups together. Simply let our reservations team know at the time of booking. Our reservations team can be contacted on +44 (0) 845 602 9437, or email them.
Is it possible to view an apartment before booking?
Absolutely. We will be more than happy to show you round, whether its just for you or a corporate booking. Please contact our reservations team on 0845 602 9437 to arrange a viewing.
Do you offer corporate rates?

Can I have my mail sent to my apartment?
If you are staying over a long period of time and would like to receive mail, just ask at reception for a letterbox key. Your mail will then be delivered directly to your letterbox. Letterboxes are located on the ground floor of each building.
Is there on-site parking?
Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Our reservations team will be happy to advise you.
Can the apartments have an extra bed added?
We can add an extra mattress and bed. The beds are only suitable for children up to around the age of 10 and we can only add one extra bed per apartment. A supplemental charge may be added. Our reservations team will be happy to assist you and can be reached on +44 (0) 845 602 9437.
We regret we cannot add extra beds into our studio, superior studio or one bedroom open-plan apartments.

Are there any accessible rooms for disabled guests?
Accessible rooms are available at Think Earl's Court, Think Bermondsey Street and Think London Bridge. For details of future accessible rooms or to discuss any concerns you have related to our accessible rooms please contact us for more details.

Whilst staying in my Think Apartment can I hold a party or gathering?
As part of our terms and conditions we operate a strict no party, no gathering policy.
Can I pay by cash or cheque?
Please be informed that we are unable to accept cash or cheques for payment of any kind at our reception desks. At check in you will be requested to provide the credit card that the reservation was made with ; if you are unable to present this card please contact reservations@ or call on 020 3465 9100. think-apartments.com
