Reservations Agent – SE1
To ensure bookings are entered onto a property management system promptly and correctly.
To ensure good product knowledge and knowledge of the industry and local area.
To be able to maximize sales achieving the highest rate possible; to cross sell and up sell.

Reservations Supervisor – SE1
To ensure smooth running of the Reservations Department and working together with the Reservations Manager to maximize occupancy, average room rate and yield. Supervise and role model exceptional behaviours and guest service to the Reservations Team. Lead and drive an efficient department.
Ensures that the reservations department runs smoothly, efficiently at all times.
Assist the Reservations Manager in ensuring that the selling strategy is executed in the department.
Ensures that the department operates with a sales attitude and that team members maintain a sales opportunity awareness within the office.
Ensures Individual Team members work efficiently and tasks are completed in a timely manner, encouraging teamwork.
Ensures that the incoming bookings via all channels (email, fax, phone, interfaces) are processed promptly and efficiently and puts in place necessary actions to ensure any backlog is actioned with the team.
Ensures that all reservations are are processed correctly - including deposits, cancellations, amendments.
Ensure quality control checks are in place for reservation accuracy.
Demonstrate excellent customer care and client relationships to ensure that all customers remain loyal and choose Think first.
Ensure that there is good communication between departments - accounts, sales, reception, housekeeping.
To manage the Reservations Department in the absence of the Reservations Manager, ensuring that all standard operational procedures are maintained.
Duty Manager – SE1
To take control and responsibility for smooth and efficient operations on a day to day basis at all SE1 sites, acting as communicator between departments, ensuring facilities are maintained to the standards required.
To be a point of contact for guests, contractors and suppliers in the event of query and to reach an outcome that all parties are happy with. Ensure all needs are met and dealt with professionally and appropriately in accordance with the values of Think Apartments and the company standards.
To develop Think Apartments business through proactive selling activities and the effective conversion of all suitable accommodation enquiries.
Utilize personnel between all outlets to minimize payroll expenditure and ensure flexibility of the team.
Maximize the service opportunities for guests to ensure return visits.
Ensure security presence is enforced at all sites.
Receptionist – W14
To provide exceptional reception service to all guests of Think Apartments, ensuring quality standard are maintained whilst achieving maximum revenue and guest satisfaction

To be the first point of contact for guests during their stay and assist them with any enquiries to ensure guest satisfaction.
