About Think Apartments

For over 20 years since 1991, Think has been focussed on delivering value-for-money London accommodation for all lengths of stays in some of central London's most prime locations.

Think's first development took place at Maltings Place, forming part of the impressive regeneration of Bermondsey. Originally the home of the Sarsons Vinegar Brewery, the site was left vacant for a number of years until Sunlight, as Think was previously named, developed a selection of wonderful apartments – many retaining charming original features and characteristic facades.

Over a period of 12 years the site has developed to include nearly 200 apartments, accompanied by attractive commercial space and a wonderful atrium centrepiece.

Next to be developed was the site at 151 and 153 Tower Bridge Road, as part of Think Tower Bridge Road: two purpose-built aparthotel buildings which blend modern style with an outstanding location just a short walk from the City of London. The property's top-floor balconies offers views across central London, including the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye.

In 2009 we opened two new developments: Think Bermondsey Street and Think London Bridge, both located in the heart of SE1 and surrounded by the new chic culture of Bermondsey, with its charming pubs, smart restaurants, boutique shops, cafes and galleries.

Also opened in 2009 was Think Earl's Court, a purpose-built iconic aparthotel just moments from Earl's Court, Olympia and Kensington High Street.
