Think has been operating for 18 years and since 1991 Think has been focussed on delivering value for money accommodation for all lengths of stays in the heart of London.

Our first development was at the Maltings Place site, which formed part of the massive regeneration of Bermondsey. Originally the home of the Sarsons Vinegar Brewery, the site had been left vacant for a number of years allowing Sunlight, as Think was previously named, to develop some wonderful apartments, many retaining the superb original features and facades. Over a period of 12 years the site has developed to nearly 200 apartments and commercial space with a wonderful atrium as its centre-piece.

We then developed our site at 151 and 153 Tower Bridge Road - Think Tower Bridge Road, two purpose built buildings which blend modern style with an outstanding location. From the top floor balconies, the whole of west London can be seen including the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye.

In 2009 we opened three new developments; Think Bermondsey Street; complete with a swimming pool and fitness centre*; Think London Bridge, located in the heart of SE1; and Think Earl's Court, a purpose-built iconic building just moments from Earl's Court and Olympia, again with a swimming pool and fitness centre*.

In the next two years, we will be launching two more new buildings to bring our total to over 1200 apartments, making us one of the largest serviced apartment providers in the UK.
